These terms govern your use of the Hotels in Bhutan booking widget and the bookings you make through it. By making a booking you agree to these terms. Please read them together with the hotel's own cancellation policy, which is shown at the time of booking.

1. What Hotels in Bhutan does

Hotels in Bhutan provides booking and payment technology that hotels embed on their websites. The hotel — not Hotels in Bhutan — is the provider of the accommodation and is responsible for the stay, the room, and its house rules. Hotels in Bhutan facilitates the reservation and the payment on the hotel's behalf.

2. Bookings and payment

When you submit a booking, the room is held while you complete payment. Your card is processed securely by Bhutan Payments; Hotels in Bhutan does not see or store your full card details. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been verified. Prices are shown before you pay and may include a service charge and tax as itemised at checkout. The hotel's local currency and rates apply.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations are governed by the hotel's cancellation policy shown at booking. Any refund is at the hotel's discretion and is handled directly by the hotel; Hotels in Bhutan does not issue refunds. To cancel or change a booking, contact the hotel.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate guest and contact details, to be authorised to use the payment method, and to comply with the hotel's house rules during your stay.

5. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep availability and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. If a booking cannot be honoured due to an error or genuine unavailability, the hotel will arrange a refund or alternative.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hotels in Bhutan is not liable for the conduct of the hotel or for the quality of the stay. The booking and payment service is provided "as is".

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown at the time of your booking applies.
